"We will direct every resource at our command -- every means of diplomacy, every tool of intelligence, every instrument of law enforcement, every financial influence, and every necessary weapon of war -- to the destruction and to the defeat of the global terror network."

"And we will pursue nations that provide aid or safe haven to terrorism.  Every nation in every region now has a decision to make:  Either you are with us or you are with the terrorists."

Why are we put in this position?  Because of the tragedy the hit our country on 9.11.01.  We must have resolve to support this effort to protect our home land and the threat of terrorism.  We must band together to maximize our strengths.  We must all be contributing members of the team:  Team America!

To help raise funds for the major relief effort, I've had Team America t-shirts made.  I'm requesting a minimum $10.00 donation for each t-shirt.  These t-shirts will be available this Saturday morning during the pre-game tailgate party held in the large Dean Dome parking lot.  All proceeds will be donated to the American Red Cross Disaster Relief Fund.

I was hoping this idea might catch on.  While we attend games to support our favorite sports teams, we can wear a hat for the school of our choice.  This Saturday there will be light blue and garnet & gold.  But regardless of school, we are also a part of Team America.  I want to remember 9.11.01.  I want to wear our flag.  And I definitely am part of Team America!
