Raleigh _ What would we do without Peppers? He is
proving to be an emotional boast to a team that can put you to sleep if
you're not careful.
That was the case
during a slow starting first half. With 10:40 left in the
first half, we only had a 2 point lead, 9 - 7. Does any
other CarolinaFan remember our teams in the not too distant past
that went out to 12 point leads within 2 or 3 minutes?
Yes, I'll take a 20
point win any time. And Clemson remains 0 - forever in
Chapel Hill. But will we survive the ACC play starting
games like tonight? I'm worried about N.C. State
now. Let's not think about Duke until Feb. 3.
OK Heels, keep up the
hard work on execution and consistency. I know you're as
anxious to see the results as much as we are. In the
meantime we'll remember the play of tonight's game - a precision
pass through traffic from Cota in the backcourt to Peppers on the baseline. Then Peppers
exploded with a reverse left-handed dunk and was fouled. 3
point play, done deal.
Welcome back,
Kris! You're looking better and better each game.
Go Heels!!!
