RaleighCarolina doesn't play the run-n-jump any more, but don't say the Heels don't play defense.  Containment is the name of their game now.  Cota and the Heels held O'Kelley to 0-8 from the field in the first half.

With a 28-21 half time lead, both teams played good defense.  But the Heels, as well as the Deacs, missed opportunities to score due to rushing their game.  How could we shoot 38% after a 71% game agains N.C. State?

The trend continued until about the 10 minute mark in the second half.  Then O'Kelley and the Deacs found their shot.  Using their depth, the full court pressure caused points off turnovers - a Carolina weakness.

Kris Lang came up big tonight with a double-double.  Good game Kris!  Let's hope the Heels get it together soon and start playing more of a complete game, start to finish.

Go Heels!!!
